A licence to use Expedition may be purchased or a demonstration licence valid for up to 14 days may be obtained. The demonstration licence is not intended as a free Expedition option.

Important notes:

Expedition requires Windows 7, Vista SP2, XP SP3 or later.

Licences obtained before 1 January 2008 from other sources require an upgrade licence to be purchased ($US250), either from Tasman Bay Navigation Ltd. or your dealer.

The vcredist_x86.exe installed into the Navico BR24 folder may need to be run manually for the Broadband radar interface to run.

If you experience screen flicker problems with Windows 7, turn off 'Use graphics processor' on the system settings page or on the Exp System Restore app.

ExpeditionLT

Free grib viewer. ExpeditionLT is now included with Expedition. There is a shortcut from Windows' Start menu.

A full help file is included with Exp. This is also available as a PDF file, however the PDF version is not always up to date.

Download from Winning Tides. Use at own risk. Click on 'Waypoint download' and import Expedition marks 2011 - Alphabetical v2.csv.
